We kindly ask that a £20 booking fee is transferred to secure any new appointment. This is a non-refundable deposit that also acts as a cancellation fee.

All booking fees are taken off the final cost of the treatment.

We kindly ask that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given for cancelling or rearranging scheduled appointments.

Whilst we understand that things can sometimes come up unexpectedly, as a small business, late cancellation and no shows have an impact not only on the business itself but other clients who wish to secure bookings.
